Drawing Positivity Back Into the World

My name is Archer Merry. I’m 24 years old and live in London. I am an artist based on TikTok and Instagram. When it comes to Heartstopper, I see so much of myself in Nick Nelson – he’s truly become my comfort character. The show’s gender diversity and LGBTQIA+ representation are incredibly meaningful, especially in a time when those identities and values are being challenged by people in power. 

Representation matters. That’s why I started a community on TikTok and Instagram – to create a safe, welcoming space where people can be themselves and feel seen. We need more spaces like that, now more than ever.
